  1. SPOT ON Thomas !! Just did as you said and ... All fixed ( see below) and another lesson learned Best regards BAKTRAK
  2. Thanks Thomas, Your direction helped. Mostly fixed now and Independence working smoothly from G: drive library folder. Oddly... a 'rogue' 'G:' remaining ( ie: accidentally included during my novice fiddling about ) at the top of the list.....which I can live with ...not about to remove my G: Drive Pity we cant just remove a library at the click of a button .....as you described earlier. Cheers
  3. Sorry, Having trouble with link to image . Will get it fixed soon.
  4. Thanks for the Input Thomas, Sounds good but unfortunately things aren't as you describe on my particular PC.........esp. No 'Remove Library' button. There is a however a 'Refresh' Button and a 'Save Preferences' Button. See image below. And I would love to know what the tiny little buttons next to the folder text does. Cheers
  5. Hi All, I wish to move the Independence Images Library ( ie: currently located my main C: Drive ) to another internal G: Drive. I was sure I had indicated I wanted it so when I installed it...Maybe Not. However, I want to keep my C: drive free of such data. Have watched Kraznet's "Library Path & Loading Instruments" video and have attempted several times to to add a copied Library (ie: on my internal G: Drive) but with no success. Not sure if the presence of the current C: Drive Library path in the window is preventing it. Can I indeed install the new path underneath the current one? or does it need to be removed first...........again not sure. When about to add the new library in the independence window ............Where Kraznet gets to a Folder Window which shows an 'OK' Button........ ....mine just has an 'Open' Button' I click 'Open' (for the hell of it) ...............and essentially nothing happens.....the small folder window just disappears "in a puff of smoke" Apart from that ......Independence remains open and operable.............Hmmmmff Am I doing something fundamentally wrong?...........If not .....any advice welcome. Cheers

MUTE & SOLO - Track View

Thanks Thomas Appreciate your advice cheers

MUTE & SOLO - Track View

Follow Up: Sorry If I ask an occasional dumb question........coming from a different 'Sonar' workflow........... One tends to seek the software 'click' responses one was used to. I think there was something wrong with Demo ............... Mute & Solo ...Not so much a problem with personal projects........however........... Still not sure what the little red flags in the buttons represent.
  8. Is /are there any information resources available in regard to the SOLO & MUTE functions in track view. As an ex Sonarian..I am getting confused. I assumed that if you hit the particular track's MUTE button in track view it would MUTE that track. In the demo project... it activates ALL Tracks Mutes. & I assumed If I hit the Global Mute it would mute ALL Tracks. Not the case.....only some are muted. Same deal with Solos. And what is with the little red flag symbol at the top corner of the Mute or Solo Buttons in the Demo? Any help to unravel my confusion would be appreciated. Maybe a particular 'Kraznet Video' Cheers
  9. Thnx Kraznet I very much appreciate your work
  10. Hi Riojazz, Welcome Ashore !!! FYI.....& interestingly... ( reflecting on you comments).............I , only in the last few days, chose to afford 'MIXCRAFT' another GO...........'Just For The Hell Of It' !!! I must admit I was ORIGINALLY ( ie: Post Sonar Crash)... put off immediately by Mixcraft's somewhat naive / perhaps dated GUI.....and Graphics palette in General. But This should be about SOUND...........Not Visuals. AND....With Regard to Mixcraft..... Let's Face It..............MIXCRAFT is indeed an intuitive , efficient program for a Muso such as myself and ...HEY!!............has Intergrated Melodyne ( PS: Not exactly sure what that means in comparison to ARA). And I must congratulate the MIXCRAFT I.T Team for producing such a 'Lightweight'..yet...extremely effective.... 'DAW Modus Operandum' I must admit.........I am in still in a state of 'EXTREMUS SPINNUS'. (ie: Jumping about a bit in regard to a new DAW) .................. (ie: Bearing in mind of course I am an EX Sonarian and thus-wise somewhat biased in what I am looking for). At This point I Time ...........Samplitude Is Definitely Maintaining My Interest. Anywho Welcome to Samplitude My Friend

    Orange Vocoder ME

Hi All, I will refrain from saying "WHAT'S HAPPENING"?.............much to everyone's relief I am sure. I am new to Samplitude. I am hearing much about ORANGE VOCODER ME.......(ie: since I signed up to SAMPLITUDE ) Are there any reputable videos about this plug-in in English? Cheers
  12. Welcome Swamper & Jude77 and all the other 'Boat People' I too am an ex Sonarian ...... I am also enjoying the many great videos by Kraznet. BTW: This forum's patrons seem a lot less stressed and non aggressive compared to some on Sonar's forum. I must say I am enjoying the more charitable Samplitude exchanges................. esp. no apparent bagging so far Kraznet's calm, confident voice perhaps exemplifies this more relaxed ( ie: Don't Fear Asking A 'Dumb' Question ) mindset Samplitude appears to have adopted. I am hoping for a bright future with Samplitude Cheers
